- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once a new customer is ready to come on board, we review a checklist together and put into place an action plan for implementation. From signed agreement to first check date, this may be as quick as 4-5 business days or as long as several weeks, depending the size and complexity of your payroll process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our founder & President, Steve Suissa, is a CPA by training and spent his early career in public accounting in Bethesda, MD. Our staff participates in frequent continuing training to stay up to date on tax law and employment law changes.
