I trained with Ken at Prime Fitness for 2+ months and I benefited greatly from his patient, attentive, insightful training style. I had specific issues with form that I wanted to address as well as wanting to build strength for my high intensity boot camp workouts. Ken trains me three times per week. During that time, we warm up, lift weights, use the TRX, use body weight and stretch. Ken is organized and friendly. He is a good motivator and gets me to reach my exercise goals such as learning to plank.Jan 5, 2017
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My standard price is $75/month for nutrition coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When I work with a new customer, the first thing I want to do is just sit and talk to them. I want to find out why they are interested in hiring a personal trainer. I want to find out what their fitness goals are. After we chat, we will do an assessment just to see where they are fitness-wise. This gives us a starting point, and will help us see where we are on our goals as we check them every 6 weeks or so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am also an ACE certified Health coach and certified Precision Nutrition nutrition coach.
