WORKING WITH BRANDON HAS BEEN MY BEST PERSONAL TRAINING EXPERIENCE: HE'S FRIENDLY, ACCOMMODATING, INNOVATIVE, AND MOTIVATING. I'VE HAD TRAINERS AT MULTIPLE GYMS AND LARGELY BECAME DISENFRANCHISED BY THE PROCESS BECAUSE EVERYBODY SEEMED TO USE ONE OF TWO MODELS: WORK ME UNTIL I DIE, OR COPY P90X. I CAN, AND HAVE, DONE BOTH ON MY OWN. THIS WAS NOT MY EXPERIENCE WITH BRANDON. FIRST OFF, HE ACTUALLY LISTENED WHEN I EXPLAINED TO HIM MY GOALS AND DESIRE TO DO DIFFERENT TYPES OF EXERCISES. FROM DAY 1 WE USED A COMBINATION OF WEIGHTS, RESISTANCE BANDS (WHICH I'VE NEVER DONE WITH ANOTHER TRAINER), PLYOMETRICS, COMBINATIONS, AND EVEN BOXING (YES, I SAID BOXING - ANOTHER FIRST). EVERY WEEK I COULD TELL HE PREPARED THE WORKOUTS SPECIFICALLY TO HIT CERTAIN MUSCLE GROUPS, IN A CERTAIN ORDER, AND IN DIFFERENT WAYS. HE WAS ALWAYS PREPARED AND NEVER JUST WINGING IT AS WE WENT ALONG. HE EVEN INITIATED A SATURDAY SESSION TO MIX UP OUR ROUTINE WITH SOME CITY RUNNING AND INTERSPERSED EXERCISES - IT WAS A GREAT IDEA FOR DOING SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND STILL GETTING A GREAT WORKOUT. BRANDON ALSO MET ME AT MY HOME AND WAS EARLY FOR EACH SESSION. WE USED THE FULL AMOUNT OF TIME FOR TRAINING, NOT CUTTING IT SHORT TO RUN OFF TO ANOTHER CLIENT ON THE TOP-OF-THE-HOUR. I FELT LIKE MY TRAINING TIME WAS MINE AND BRANDON WAS 100% THERE. I HAD TO CHANGE OUR SCHEDULED MEETING TIME AND EVEN RESCHEDULE SEVERAL SESSIONS AFTER THAT, BUT BRANDON WAS VERY FLEXIBLE AND KIND ABOUT IT. I HAD EVEN INJURED MY KNEE (HELPING SOMEONE MOVE) AND BRANDON STAYED IN TOUCH BY OFFERING ME TIPS ON HOW TO CARE FOR IT AS WELL AS SIMPLY CHECKING IN TO SEE HOW I WAS DOING. BOTTOM LINE IS THAT BRANDON IS DEDICATED AND YOU CAN SEE THIS EASILY IN HOW HE TREATS YOU, YOUR TIME TOGETHER, AND YOUR WORKOUT.

Mac has been an outstanding personal trainer for me and my wife (who recently had a baby). He is comprehensive in his approach, offering nutrition guidance and advice while tailoring our workout routines for our varied levels of fitness. I am really enjoying my self defense training/workouts with Travis. He keeps me motivated and is really challenging me to work those muscles I didn't know existed so I can get more tone and have better balance for my regular workouts and cardio. Each week I look forward to my sessions with Travis, and after each session I wake up feeling the burn and knowing I got a good workout in with him.
Silvia has worked on cardio, fitness, and flexibility training for my wife and I. Being older than the normal client, she is very sensitive to each our needs and limitations, and tailors each workout to achieve our objectives. Very perceptive, she understands the body mechanics and structure and makes sure each exercise is being done properly. I could not provide a more enthusiastic recommendation, she is superb! I do not know of any way she could improve on her approach.
Brian was very professional and catered to my needs. Although I hired him as a personal trainer he also advised me on my nutrition something I thought was very helpful. He texted me between workouts to remind me to do cardio and what I should be eating, this helped me stay on track. He pushed me but in a good way! He’s definitely worth a try!!
My experience with Sandra was life changing from week one through week twenty four. As a 53 year old man and a former athlete, I thought having this lady to train me would be a cake walk, (WRONG!) SHE BROKE ME DOWN!, I smiled, she smiled, I screamed, she screamed I cried and through up and she laughed, When it all was said and done with her training session, I was a 53 year old man feeling like I was a 22 year old young buck! This physical training and conditioning is now a part of my life daily routine. If your looking to put in 110% then this is the place to go!! you push until you meet your limit and that bar is only set higher and higher for you! me personally had a great time workout out with nate great man and a amazing trainer!! he gave me all the tips i need to get better at football and covered eating right, stretching and obviously strength and conditioning. Nate is a great trainer if your looking to get stronger faster and simply put, fit he take his workouts serious and if you do too and wanna get better at any sport Nate can help so much he honestly did for me!!!
Jesse is the BEST trainer that I have ever had. And I say that unequivocally. From the outset, he has taken a meticulous approach to my progress. One example is that he provides a detailed recap of my workout after EVERY workout which I have never experienced He has helped me with increasing my cardio vascular stamina and doing cardio under his aegis had given a whole new meaning to the word intensity. I have been working out with him for about 7 weeks and dropped at lest 7 pounds and my recovery time between sets is improving. He is there for every rep and every set offering encouragement AND correction. His workouts are tough which is just what I wanted and will continue to make progress under his guidance. He's excellent and deserves 10 stars. The man rocks!
Sanjay is amazing. I've been working out with him since January 2014 (over 10 months) in bootcamp. I've never stuck with a bootcamp or group exercise because it became too routine. Not with Sanjay! He keeps us on our toes, constantly switching up the exercises in strength training, cardio, plyometrics, all in diverse settings and a positive attitude! He pushes us where he knows we can go always surprising ourselves. He is an excellent trainer and I've seen results in my waist, thighs, and arms. I've never had a semblance of a flat stomach...
