I didn't think I'd be able to get this project done because of the outrageous quotes I'd previously gotten. I decided to try one more time, and I'm so glad I did! Val Mor did a wonderful job replacing my wood balusters with iron ones, and at a fantastic price.

I asked for a quote and company came to look at the issue. The company sent me a text that stated they couldnt do the work. I asked for an explanation and they ignored the text. I felt it was unprofessional to send something such as this without any reason. Owner responded to my review and lied to say he provided information on the home. This never happened and I provided a screenshot. Additionally, he never gave me an amount to fix the property and I'm NOT sure why he is unable to do the work despite the work being more than the cost of the home. We are aware of the cost and are still wanting the work but we wont go with this company because of the lies!! Nor will I use this person for any of my 30+ properties.
