Introduction: Simply put, I am a cook. I graduated from the Hotel, Culinary Arts & Tourism affiliate to AACC just last year and am currently looking for ways to make money from my skills. I am still in search of openings for a regular job as a line and prep cook but in the meantime, I would gladly accept teaching others the basics or intermediate level cooking.
Noteworthy, I do not travel to or past Downtown Baltimore at the current time. I prefer local needs but will make some exceptions. I do work part-time at a non-related job, so I would need more than 2 weeks' notice if you need my help on a day that doesn't fall on Monday or Friday (the 2 days I have off from the job).
