- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We look for the budget and build a menu to that budget (if possible) and then we alter it based on the customers needs so pricing is simple once we have a set menu. We do offer standard menus that include pricing if our client is situation where timing is not in our favor and we just need to expedite the process.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary Degree along with experience in the workforce in my profession. On the Advisory Board at Lincoln Culinary and spend time on campus in classes weekly. Always reading, tasting and researching food to hone my craft. I have all required certifications to provide safe and quality food!
