Suzy is amazing and my experience with her has eliminated my fears about wallpaper! She was super responsive to my requests and flexible in helping to quickly schedule an appointment time that worked for both of us. I was expecting the wallpaper removal and reinstallation process to take a really long time but I was totally amazed when I walked into the room about two hours after Suzy got here and saw that the job was nearly complete! She is a wallpaper wizard! Most importantly, the wallpaper looks absolutely amazing and the quality of her work totally met my expectations. First, Susan was absolutely amazing and really professional. Before getting started, she ask about the wallpaper, what exactly we wanted, and advised on some upfront concerns before she started the project. At the end, the wallpaper she installed was beyond beautiful in the room. Very professional and exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Susan and will def use her again !! I should also mention that my husband and I attempted to install the vinyl wallpaper ourselves, and after 6 hours, we gave-up and accidentally ripped it. So, Susan not only installed the wallpaper but was able to work around the damages we had caused previously.
