I had a tenant cause major damage throughout my rental property (kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom( and Binah Remodeling was able to transform my condo to brand new in a very short period of time, which allowed me to get it rented it again quickly. I have pictures of everything except the bathroom (it's very small) but it too was repaired beautifully! I would highly recommend their services and plan to utilize them for a upcoming bathroom remodel in my home. Will post a review of that project once complete.

James has once again been a godsend for us. Now that we’ve worked with James twice, I can share that all the things I wrote in my first review were in fact accurate. Previously James finished our garage and this time around he came to our rental town home to help us get the house back in shape after some challenging renters. He did a fantastic job at patching and painting dry wall, even pointing out trouble spots that we were unaware of and fishing them, sometimes without our knowing, but showing us later and not charging us extra. He also cleaned and repainted our deck. What we love about him is he also cares to do things right but also makes sound judgement calls almost like he owns the property himself. We trust him implicitly. One example: We had brought it an expert grout and tile company to clean all the tile and grout and re-grout every bathroom in our house. When one tile came loose in the Master Bath it was discovered that the sub floor was showing signs of decay and while the tile and grout cleaner was going to proceed, James called our attention to it and upon peeling back the tiles we found a completely rotted subfloor that was about to give way. A much bigger issue than we realized. He thoughtfully explained the appropriate flooring approach and the layers requires to do it right and eliminate water issues as well as how that differed from the approach the prior owners had taken. We were desperate on time and still needed to maintain a budget and James gave us a fair price as he always does. More to come but suffice to say our renters moved in on time and we’re impressed with the townhome condition and actually very glad we’d uncovered the bathroom issue. James saved us!

James finished my primary project earlier this week, but I had mentioned to him that I needed to get the screens done and asked if he'd mind getting them out of my upper windows for me, as I do NOT do ladders. Well, even better, he made arrangements to come back out today and charged me no more than what the ACE hardware 30 minutes away from me would've charged. He re-screened 7 windows for me in addition to replacing two sets of blinds, that I had purchased 2 years ago (?). Made the room light right up after taking the dingier blinds away, this company is legit and really take pride in their work. He also hauled away 2 OLD BULKY TV's that I've been trying to get rid of for years. Thank you!
