My house is SPOTLESS! I am totally satisfied with KG! She and her folks are also super friendly, plus she offers a very fair rate. You get your money’s worth and then some with this company. I could not recommend them more.Mar 26, 2018Verified

Thanks Kelli for your review. It is important to clarify the lateness issue. I phoned you when I realized that we were not going to make it in time. I recall that it was raining heavily and traffic was very very very slow. When we finally got to you place it took us almost an hour to locate you, because your address is not along the road, the building is about 600yards away from the main road, all this you did not explain. when you send the physical address. I had to walk looking around for the building. Finding a parking slot was a nightmare, you kept on telling me there is public parking yet you knew it very well that the entrance was blocked owing to some construction that was going on. Like I told you I only came because I had told you I was coming, don't forget though it very shot notice from you. Having gone through all these hassles you expected a discount, who suffered here? No wonder your review comes to us a month later.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We mainly price according to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms at client's request we can also price bathrooms and common rooms only and bathrooms and kitchen only. Extras are charged separately; -interior oven $10 -interior fridge $10 resident with pets $5.00 We prefer charging interior window cleaning separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?As we are matched to new clients we engage in a conversation to understand the clients needs. We then attach an appropriate pamphlet in order to give the client an idea of the product that we sell. We have pamphlets with details of our deep cleaning and move in/out activities. If agreed we discuss the estimated qoutation further asking the client to bear in mind that all our qouted prices are estimates and are subject to change on job complition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have years of previos experience working in hotels in the housekeeping department. Added to this I am a member of ARCSI , from Rags to Riches and My House Cleaning Biz so I always get to know how others are doing and what changes there are in the cleaning industry.
