Positives: They were responsive and on time. Negatives: I spent $150 to clean my tiny 2 bedroom apartment. When I came home at 9:00pm surfaces were clean but I asked specifically for them to clean the floors and it was a poor job. Under my sons bed there were still old gummy candies and gum wrappers were still under my couch. The place didn’t even smell fresh. Moreover I did a lot of pre-cleaning before they came so they didn’t have to move shoes or documents out of the way, just clean. Happy new year Kit, your cleaning was canceled because I was down with a heavy flue and doctor advised to rest and go back for a review. If I had rescheduled your appointment and doctor advised to extend the sick days which he did how was I to handle that? As expined I am the driver of the teams so I had no way out, we try by all means not to disappoint our clients once in a while we fail but not intentionally. Good day Kudzai

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We mainly price according to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms at client's request we can also price bathrooms and common rooms only and bathrooms and kitchen only. Extras are charged separately; -interior oven $10 -interior fridge $10 resident with pets $5.00 interior windows $2,50 each
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?As we are matched to new clients we engage in a conversation to understand the clients needs. We then attach an appropriate pamphlet in order to give the client an idea of the product that we sell. We have pamphlets with details of our deep cleaning and move in/out activities. If agreed we discuss the estimated quotation further asking the client to bear in mind that all our quoted prices are estimates and are subject to change on job completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have years of previous experience working in hotels in the housekeeping department. Added to this I am a member of ARCSI , from Rags to Riches and My House Cleaning Biz so I always get to know how others are doing and what changes there are in the cleaning industry.
