Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: "I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived." Thoreau My mission is to help you live deliberately: to clarify what you truly want and to have the courage to pursue it. I'll help you identify what you want to achieve, develop actionable steps, and stay on track for success. My coaching is founded on three principles: 1) We are all inherently capable of transforming our lives for the better. 2) We are multifaceted, whole, and coherent beings. All aspects of our lives are interconnected. I coach the complete person, not an isolated aspect. 3) Your role as a client is to chart and steer your own journey. My role as your coach is to help you navigate your way and stay on course. I bring over 15 years of diverse, global experiences and perspectives to my coaching. Professionally, I've been a military pilot, college professor, and manager at a fast growing software as a service company. Personally, I'm a husband, adventurer, and aspiring artist. More importantly, I'm a person who strives to live deliberately and to help others do the same. I don't have the answers, but I can help you find your own. If you think we might be a good fit, set up a 30 minute intro call and let's talk about what we can achieve together! Please note that I will only work with and respond to those who contact me seeking out coaching for themselves. Do not contact me on behalf of others (your friends, family, clients, etc).

Ed has excellent interpersonal skills and is very good at asking questions to help lead a productive coaching. I liked that he didn’t try to necessary steer me one way over the other but rather help generate a thoughtful conversation and assessment of how my life currently was going. He also followed up with me a few times to check on my progress of goal that I set for myself during our coaching session. Would love to sit down sometime in the future with Ed for another coaching!

Ed was an amazing Coach. In only six months, he helped me clarify what I really wanted in life and gave me the courage to truly pursue it. We took actionable steps to stay on track for my ultimate success. His three principles were a guiding light in my big arc of my life. He helped me to work through some limiting beliefs I had been suffering and was a container for holding the big vision I could see for myself in my business. His non judgmental, calm demeanor and openness let me be the person I truly am. His background in the military was so different from mine that it really helped to ground me and offer a different perspective. If you're looking to up level yourself, expand your business or your mind, I'd look no further than Ed Wright.

Ed is a great coach. He helped me to better define my business goals as an entrepreneur, come up with a plan to achieve them, and helped me follow through. He's a great listener who knows what questions to ask to help me find my own answers and get unstuck. Big fan of Ed!

Edward is an excellent mentor. As a fellow veteran, he was able to coach me through my transition out of the military. He offered both professional guidance on beginning a successful civilian career, and compassionate advice when dealing the unique struggles associated with military separation. I highly recommend Edward for any coaching assistance.

My coaching experience with Ed was wonderful. I have worked with professional coaches several times and always left the sessions less than satisfied. Ed, on the other hand, listened carefully to my concerns and asked all the right questions to help me find my way forward. I have recommended him to a colleague, a transitioning veteran looking for his next Great Adventure, and I am confident Ed will be able to provide him with expert advice and guidance.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I provide a free 30 minute introductory call to discuss my coaching philosophy, your goals, and what to expect in paid sessions. In your first paid session, we will 1) set the agenda for our coaching and discuss where you are and where you want to be 2) align on our working relationship and discuss how the coaching process will work 3) cover logistics such as cadence and times of meetings 4) jump into the coaching and leave you with things to consider and prepare for our next meeting! I help clients seeking to achieve transformational change, and to be effective, I ask that following our first paid session you commit to a minimum of 3 hourly sessions at intervals no less than every two weeks. If you need help with mental health, please seek out a certified mental health professional. I am happy to work with clients who are also in therapy, but our work will focus on helping you advance your life, not to heal or fix.
