In the 12 days since our system was installed, the 7-day average radon level in our basement has dropped from around 3.0 to 0.27. Basement even smells fresher. This company did an outstanding job from start to finish. Communication was great, they didn’t overpromise, finished the job in just a couple of hours, did beautiful work, and everyone was so nice. And all at a very reasonable price. Can’t say enough good things about the entire experience.

We recently discovered high radon levels (8+) from a short term test, and wanted to remediate asap. Fortunately these folks had availability within 2 days of our initial contact. We were pleased with how the work turned out and the pricing seemed very reasonable. Now, we wait to retest to find out whether the system is reducing our radon levels to a safer level.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most estimates are done by phone, as most houses are simple scenarios. So first step is a few minutes on the phone to get the details about the house. In complicated scenarios we do a video call. The final step is a formal written proposal send via email, for client's consideration. Client can then book the installation directly with us at their convenience.
