I maintain a 'Tick List' for referencing and future tasking. - I regularly report to the client on progress, challenges,business issues and other topics of interest. - I maintain up-to-date financial records, version control and archive files, and project/info security as necessary. - I organize and prepare payments to subcontractors, vendors and other service providers. - In cooperation with the client, I develop, maintain and communicate policies to the team including: style sheets/guidelines, attribution/copyright, privacy, information disclosure, intellectual property, security, etc.
