- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base package for startups that includes a logo, domain name, hosting and a website with 5 pages for $799 only. Other project prices depending on the client needs and requirement. It's hard to put a fixed price on website design. However my logo price starts at $200 and a corporate video starts at $500 for 1 minute,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with putting my self in my customer's shoes as best as I can. Most of my clients are small businesses. I am also a small business so I try to treat others the way I'd like to be treated. I feel like as long as I start with this thinking first, everything that follows (collecting requirements, developing the site etc.) works out well. The next thing I do is put myself in my client's customer's shoes. I need to know who your serving so I can design something that not only my customer likes but something that speaks to my customer's customer. Yikes, that was a mouth full :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. We regularly take courses, attend networking events and read books to broaden our skill set.
