- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have 2 packages that are already built by us to include many different options. We also do custom packages for any budget and we do hourly photography for events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet with our customers in person to discuss the details of your wedding or event. This allows us to help you decide on what coverage you will need and how we can work with your budget. You also have the opportunity to view some samples of our photo products.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jess and Marcella both took photography classes taught by one of the National Geographic photographers. We have completed Photography 1, Photography 2, Portrait Photography and Studio Photography.
