- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is calculated using the average price that similar service repair professionals are charging in the area. Our pricing is based on the distance of the job site from our repair shop, and the difficulty of the job. For example, if we have to remove a Dryer from over top of a washing machine before we can work on the machine, or remove some other type of structure prior to working on the machine, then the price would be slighty higher for that job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with every customer basically the same, however there is a price discount for repeat customers. We will arrive at the work site and conduct a diagnosis, We strive for a one day turn around, If we can purchase the part immediatelly from Tribles we will do that, and complete the job on the same day, if that is what the customer wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have, and do complete regular class room, and hands on training from several Appliance Repair Manufactures on a continuing basis. We also have access to, and complete online interactive tutorials.
