- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with all budgets, but keep in mind custom desserts come at a cost. I offer discounts to repeat customers and servicemembers of the military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to build a rapport with all my clients. I ask questions to better understand how to accommodate their request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate's degree in Baking and Pastry from Anne Arundel Community College and is also Servsafe Certified with a Food Managers license
