Mr. Lewis came to our house to evaluate Matisse our 7 year old Golden Retriever Mix, He was on time and demonstrated professionalism and knowledge about his field. He told us about his own training and experience, which was impressive. After observing Matisse Interacting with us and taking him, along with us, on a walk, he informed us that he felt that Matisse did not need a trainer. He told us that we were doing the right things with him. He gave us advice on additional things we could do to improve on his behaviors. He told us we have a good dog. We are so impressed with Mr. Lewis, with his knowledge, experience and his helpfulness. I have already s strongly recommended him to a relative who seriously needs his services. Thank you so much!! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do not have a standard pricing system because of the many types of discounts I do provide. However I can guarantee that you will be a satisfied customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When meeting a new customer I like to get to know them. I ask question to find out what kind of things they would like for their dog to do. An overall bigger picture and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Kennel Master/Head Trainers Certification from the United States Military. I have a canine behavioral modification certification. I have been trained or have conducted training with many different government agencies such as Secret Service, TSA, FBI, DEA, and ATF.
