Bryan came out to Windsor Mill to clean our sofa and 8 chairs. Bryan was on time and very professional. It took a couple of hours but he took his time and did a very thorough job, I was very pleased with how my furniture turned out and I would definitely have him out again. He even offered to come back if I found anything after everything dried but everything was fine. He even cleaned a runner rug at the door on his way out that wasn't even a part of the estimate. The best part was no hidden surprises. He charged what he estimated. I would highly recommend Annie's Carpet Care.

Bryan did an amazing job with my carpets, gave great advice on how to take care of day-to-day type carpet stains in-between cleanings, and overall was a true professional (showed on time, was incredibly personable). The carpets look as good as new and were finished in record time. I will be having them back again!

They haven't came out to clean my carpets yet.. my appt. Is nov. 23 at 9 am so I can't give a full review but u can tell you he has been wonderful with answering all my questions and replying as soon as he could. As long as he does a great job on the carpets which I'm pretty sure he will, then we are going to have him back to do the bottom half of the house. Great man to work with!

Bryan did a great job cleaning our carpet as we readied my Mom's house for sale. He was very professional and easy to work with. He arranged to complete the job right when we needed it after we emptied the house of all furniture and the carpets looked great when he was done.
