- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our average standard local to local, Service of Process ranges from $ 45.00-$ 65.00 per case. Standard service takes between 3-5 business days to complete. RUSH Service is available and attempted the same day or next morning for an additional $25. We accept cases via regular mail or click our website on the button: UPLOAD-a-NEW-CASE.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple: Upload a New Case through our website, write down instructions for us about your defendant whose being served and make a payment in advance through PayPal, Cash or we can send you a credit link.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started the business in May 1987. During my high school years, I was homeless living in my car for a few days, then living with friends for a while. Three years later, after graduating high school (Randallstown'84), I tried to work for a few competitors who would not hire me... 30 years later, we have more than 40 process servers working for our company which I built from less than $500 to my name.
