- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To be discuss at time of consultation for interested prospective clients. Rates are standardized based on session frequency per week and length of session (30 min or 60 min).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call/email introduction, followed by a free consultation offer. If accepted, we decide on if/what services are best suited for the individual(s), then try a workout or class. If feels right, purchase of session(s) and begin training regimen is next step in most cases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
