My computer had been crashing for weeks, and was unresponsive right as my classes were starting. I figured my computer was beyond repair and decided I'd buy a new one. However, I couldn't get my computer to stay on so that I could move the files that I needed. I reached out for service here on thumbtack and got a speedy response from Adebanji who assured me he'd be able to get my computer working again. He was really easy to get a hold of when I had questions, and clearly explained the issue my computer was having (I'm not the most technologically savvy individual lol). Once fixed, he gave me tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again and recommended some useful software for me to use in the future. I'm really happy with the service I received and will be reaching out to him again if I ever have computer problems, and also recommending him to friends.
