RSA LLC was incredibly frustrating to deal with. My telephone logged 17 conversations with them over 3 weeks trying to replace a cooktop duct. These calls were in addition to multiple text messages and photos I sent. SRA scheduled 4 appointments over three different days and I waited for their people. NOT ONE OF THE 4 APPOINTMENTS WAS KEPT! I never got an explanation and finally gave up on them. I can only warn against this completely incompetent “organization” (I use quotes because I see nothing organized about them).

Hired Keith twice this past summer. Both times his work was EXCELLENT. The first time, he repaired my bedroom windows (exterior) and the second time he fixed up my garage and painted it. I have absolutely no complaints. He did a fantastic job. My daughter and I can't stop singing his praise. Would definitely hire him again, without a doubt.
