- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A deposit is required in order to secure an appointment. I book on a first come, first served basis and I do not hold appointments if a deposit has not been received.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to my clients prior to servicing them in order to fully understand what they want. For my bridal clients, consultations approximately 6 to 8 weeks before their wedding is a must.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I frequently take instructional courses/ lessons from well known and established artists. The field of make-up artistry and the techniques are constantly changing, so it's important for me as a professional to keep up with what's new and popular.
