- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally set a time to measure the project, and meet with the potential client. I discuss the project, materials and options. I then produce a detailed drawing and/or bid. Depending on the scope of the project there may be revisions and/or selections. The final bid (upon approval) is then rolled into a contract and scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 yrs of construction experience. I am a licenced and certified home inspector. I have performed over 100 home inspections. I have taken over 300 credit hours of both classroom and online courses. I have obtained numerous certifications including moisture intrusion specilist, as well as product specific training. I attend trade shows and conventions to stay up to date on, best practices, the latest materials and innovations.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I generally work on mid to upper level home improvement projects. My customers appreciate quality.
