I had a job on a rental unit that required replacing rotted sub-floor in the kitchen and bathroom, vinyl flooring, replacing a rotted window sill, and a broken window. Fast, reliable, and quality work at a fair price. Ken even picked up the stove elements I needed while he was getting supplies. I'll absolutely use him again!
