Accessing our needs - He came to my home and we briefly discussed how my husband and I wanted the room to look. He was knowledgable and gave us a time frame for completion. Completing the work - He came the next day. I was late but he waited for me to get there. Appreciated! As soon as I got home, he got started. He helped move some equipment we had lying around for another project. He put up plastic to control his work area. He was done in a few hours and did not leave a mess. I would recommend Carter Electric Services to anyone. Nothing was a hassle. He was responsive to messages and flexible with our schedules. I was able to pay electronically and everything! He came and conquered. 5 stars.

After today I will never go to an electrician other than Earnest! Working with him was a breeze and his work is top quality. I could not have asked for more! First, he installed a ceiling fan for me and was even able to connect the new one to light switches (I didn’t even know that was an option!). He completed it quickly and tidily, and he made sure it functions perfectly. Even though it was not planned, I also asked him for help with setting up a Nest thermostat that I had spontaneously purchased. He not only helped me determine compatibility, he installed it and stayed through the technological and app set up to make sure everything was functioning with my air conditioning. His pricing was more than fair, and he is very personable to chat with as well. I will be calling him for any electrical needs in the future! You will not go wrong working with Earnest!

Ernest did an excellent job for us at a very fair price. He scoped the site and purchased all materials to complete the job - which I personally appreciated- no stress. Meticulous, courteous and went out of his way to clean up - wife was happy! Will definitely call him again.
