Introduction: I offer small group classes which allows me focus on every student. During the initial interview, I encourage customers to also conduct an interview. Both my customers and I must have a understanding of what expected from my services. My mission is to provide high quality training, empower students to strengthen their mind and body the Taekwondo and meditation training and the contribute to a safe community. I enjoy teaching and I'm passionate about martial arts. I have been a physical fitness training in the military, a high school mentor and an after school tutor. I've been training people for quite some time. I enjoy a challenge with tangible results.

Tanna Caldwell helped train me in both Tae Kwon Do and Jiu-jitsu, and I have to say Mr.Caldwell is very passionate about his craft. In my sessions with Mr.Caldwell I experienced well prepared lessons taught by a very capable teacher. I really appreciated Mr.Caldwell's approach to teaching because I was learning techniques and training, but I was also explained the purpose of each technique. Each lesson was meant to prepare you for further lessons. We stretched to avoid injury, we worked on strength/conditioning, and we always went over the basics and previous lessons. I would definitely recommend Mr.Caldwell to anyone interested in not only martial arts, but strength and conditioning as well.

Mr. Caldwell was my Jiujitsu instructor for a few classes, and I plan to continue studying with him where my schedule allows. I was little concerned about taking classes because I have proximity issues, and problems with asthma. However Mr. Caldwell had designed his classes in a way that health issues were not a problem. I not only learned about jiujitsu during the classes, but I learned how to incorporate these techniques into self-defense situations I may encounter. Mr. Caldwell is funny, caring, disciplined, and friendly instructor who cares about his students learning/experience in the class. I highly recommend this class to everyone.

Tanna is a great trainer. Any exercises that you can't do, he takes the movement and modifies it. His workouts builds your body up so that failure is not an option. Not only has he trained me for physical training, but also in the martial arts. He has taught me in the areas of Tae Kwon Do and JiuJitsu.He teaches and explains the benefits of every movement, every exercise, and ever technique. My confidence level is high, I walk out of his sessions feeling like a beast!!!

I've work beside Mr.Caldwell to know that he's a go getting, motivational speaker and will go above and beyond to achieve greatness that'll brighten up anyone's day. Mr.Caldwell is more than an awesome worker he make you want to do more for yourself is a positive way no question ask. If that day comes again I would most defined work aside Tanna Caldwell again.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Yes. We have reasonable pricing; $100 per month for 8 scheduled sessions. Prices are reduced for families and/ groups; Private sessions must be scheduled and are $15/hour.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My process consist of an interview, safety concerns and filing paperwork. Afterwards, I encourage first-time customers to be excited. I teach to students the fact of, "everyone" was a first-timer, even myself.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I began training in the military. I found a passion for martial arts' ability to teach and learn confidence, discipline, and focus. I teach to strengthen the mind and body.
