I have only had positive experiences here. The practitioner Jody Levy has helped transform my life in a way that I will forever be grateful for. This is a welcoming space for everyone to come be exactly how they are and I leave feeling like I just went to a retreat! They have taken the COVID pandemic very seriously and continue to create a safe space for "doing the work" and diving deep into transformation. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Hopespring to any of my friends and family!

I'm so glad I discovered Hopespring. I've done a few energy sessions with Jody, and we have focused on my back pain and on my sleep issues. In just a few sessions, I have noticed such a difference - my back has been pain-free since my last session and I have consistently been sleeping through the night for the first time in years!I live in Boston, and the drive up to Hopespring is so worth it!

Hopespring is such a unique and special place - the practitioners, the treatments, and the facility have all exceeded my expectations! I have worked with Jody doing both energy medicine and Psych-K to resolve some medical issues that I have been having. I have also had the opportunity to work with Dr. Soriano on a nutritional plan to address digestive concerns. The combination of mind-body and integrative medicine have led to huge improvement in my physical and mental wellbeing, in such a short period of time.I also have felt incredibly safe visiting during COVID.As an added bonus, I really loved spending time meditating at the pond after my sessions. The property is beautiful!
