About this pro
Replaced a roof at our Maine cottage. He communicated, send photos and was very fair in pricing. We will hire him again!Jan 26, 2017Verified
This was a tear off and replace of 13 squares on a 12/12 pitch. The house is on Great Diamond Island in Casco Bay. Working on an island gets very complicated and includes, barges, ferries, freight delivery and sudden weather changes. Patrick (owner) did most of the work himself and he did an excellent job. Clean up, protection of house, detailed installation of flashings. Somehow he was cheerful the whole time even though all the above complications came in to play. He gave me a price and stuck to it.Oct 5, 2016Verified
