I own several properties here in Maine - both residential and commercial.
Justin Simsay has done a wide range of work on these properties, including finished carpentry, tile work, interior and exterior painting and finishing, electrical, roofing, and some landscaping components. Many of these projects were geared towards restoration of existing historic components.
He is quite diverse in his skills, with a good working knowledge of wide range of trades. Thorough and meticulous, Justin Simsay excels at finding effective solutions for building and renovating situations.
Furthermore, he is creative, and has a good eye for design; which is certainly a prerequisite for finished work.
Billing is reasonable and honest, and he is responsive and easy to work with. I do highly recommend him.

Justin completed renovation of a two bedroom home for me in Bangor. Work from beginning to end included framing, insulation, sheetrock, New Windows and doors, painting and finish trim. He also remodeled the bathroom with installation of new fixtures and ceramic tile. Wood flooring throughout. I found Justin to be meticulous, with attention to detail, and pride in his work.
Hiring a relative to perform a job for you can be a mistake, but throughout this project I was more than pleased.
