Introduction: First and foremost, I'm an artist. I care about the work I put out to clients. I feel that being an artist and having a passion for my work gives me an advantage over offers. My aerial imaging work helps me stand out from the crowd. It's a great way to see everything from a different perspective. The best thing about my job is the musicians, athletes and really just all the cool people I get to meet. One of my recent projects had me photographing people at nursing homes and to hear the WWII vets talk........amazing.

Monty is as dedicated a professional photographer as there is in the game. Those who cover sports in the area constantly see him at events and realize that his efforts are creative because of his desire to artistically frame sports as single moments in time. Many of my jobs are billed at an hourly rate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved sports and music. I wasn't going to be an athlete or musician so I think this is the next best thing.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Just because someone has a digital camera, a photographer they are not. Photography is combining the right moment with light and knowing what to with that moment when it happens.
