Introduction: I have been servicing Macintosh computers since 1984. I provide repair and support of Macintosh computers after 28 years in navy photography, retired from the navy, and was employed by an Apple Computer dealer in Portland Maine. I worked outside sales and service, and then ran the in-store service and customer support department for 18 years. I retired in 1998, and opened Mac-Care from my home in Bath Maine. I provide support and repair of Mac computers and Filemaker Pro database programing. I prefer working locally, but am willing to travel a reasonable distance if needed.

Ralph is the best. He's bailed me out several times. I love being able to go talk to the guy who is actually going to work on my mac. Old school service with new technology. Highly recommended.
