FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing tends to be very project specific and is therefore variable. The best first step is to discuss the scope of work so that I am able to provide a competitive estimate that enables me to complete your project on time and in accordance with your expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a first step, I like to talk about the scope of work so that I can develop my estimate and schedule accordingly. This step also allows me to quickly determine if I am the best fit for the job and if I need to arrange a site visit prior to giving a quote. It also gives the customer an opportunity to connect with me on a personal level and get a sense of what I am all about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. I have held various roles in the heavy civil construction and energy infrastructure industries including Laborer, Field Engineer, Project Controller, Nuclear Product Manager, and Project Manager. I have also completed a wide variety of residential projects on my own. The combination of the hands on and project management experience has equipped me to professionally manage and complete your project.
