What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to make the care affordable in each case. Standard price is 30.00/ day, but I do factor in how many pets, the very individual care of each, the distance from my home, and the amount of visits/ day.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had a passion for animals large and small my ENTIRE life. I truly enjoy being a stay home mom, but I wanted to share my time and talent with my community, while contributing to my own family.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Thus far, I mostly am being asked to help people watch their pets while they are away for the day, or a week vacation. I do watch a cat at the owners home for 16 weeks in the winter also.
