Theresa catered our daughter's wedding. She was the ultimate professional! The food was excellent and presented artistically. Theresa, along with her staff/bartender (Glenn) were very personable, on-time and very courteous. They maintained their professionalism throughout the event and ensured that everything was clean when finished. We would highly recommend Theresa and her staff. Wedding and Event Catering
Theresa and her team did a fantastic job for our surprise birthday party. The food was terrific and her dessert (and birthday cake) was amazing. Our guests complimented the team all night. Event Catering (Drop-off)
Theresa was very easy to work with for my 40th Birthday celebration. We ordered a bunch of different items that were all excellent! She even tailor made me a few dairy free options, including a mini-cake for me to enjoy. The Mexican Sombrero cake was a hit, and everyone said it was delicious!! Theresa was wonderful throughout the whole experience.. everything was planned out in detail and was executed to the very detail. I had nothing to do but watch it all unfold and enjoy our wedding day knowing everything else was under control. The food was incredible... All the guest remarked on it. This is not your every day caterer... a step above parr and unique in menu offerings and memorable in the level of presentation and quality. Event Catering (Buffet)
We hired Theresa to cater our wedding reception and couldn't have been happier. We were so lucky to have found her! Our first 2 caterers both just disappeared after making the commitment and Theresa saved the day with just 3 weeks before our wedding. Since we were having an Irish/Scottish wedding we requested a buffet with a variety of savory pies and not only did she accept the challenge but her food was amazing!! Everyone raved about it, especially the Steak & Ale Pie. She made absolutely beautiful "display" pies for each type of pie served, which was a really nice touch. Theresa had to deal with no stove/oven at the venue and a warming rack that didn't work and somehow still pulled it all off! Throughout it all she was calm and supportive and made me feel like I had nothing to worry to about, and she was right! I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again the next time we need a caterer. She is fantastic (and also an award winning pastry chef!). Our only regret was that we had already committed to having another vendor do our cupcakes otherwise we would have had Theresa do our dessert as well. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Because we personalize everything, it really depends on what you end up wanting. Once I know that, I will send you a preliminary proposal with all of the pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once contacted, I call or email them personally to discuss more details. I then will send menus and pricing, and if they wish to go further, I will meet with them in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been in the food business for 30 years, cooking and baking and everything in between. I have run kitchens and gourmet shops all over New England and upstate NY. I am a graduate of Johnson and Wales in Providence, and have taken continuing ed classes at the Culinary Institute of America in NY. I am a Professional Chef and a Certified Executive Pastry Chef. I have won 10 competitions over the years.
