- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job I've done is taking old HTML websites and upgrading them to WordPress - and giving them much needed eye appeal. I also have taken over existing WordPress sites and done support for them.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you hire me, be prepared for lots of communication from me. I like to get to know the client and find out as much information as possible about what their vision is for their project. I'm willing to teach as much or as little as a person wants as well. Want to know how something works or if you can do it yourself? No problem - I'm more than happy to let people take the reins of their project should they desire to do so.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish people knew how easy it is get a great website for less, but just because it is not hard, doesn't mean that just anybody can do it. I've had years of experience with the WordPress platform and I continue to grow with the software.
