Chef Louis catered my daughter's wedding last Saturday. He was great to work with, communicated well and adapted to our special menu needs (one pathologically garlic-averse grandparent). Food was delicious and commented on by many guests. Our venue lacked an oven and Chef Louis was able to rent one and dealt with the delivery etc. I asked Louis to create a sparkling lemonade as a non-alcoholic beverage. He created a blueberry lemonade which many guests (especially those from outside Maine) commented upon as a lovely touch. I highly recommend Louis for any catering gig; he is a professional who will work with you to create the right menu and special touches for your event.
