- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system . Its actually very simple, we can either do it by contract or by time and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First set up a meeting to see where the work is to take place and meet owners. From there I get a real understanding of what the clients wants and needs are. Then I can work up an estimate for them,while figuring possible time line for their projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a hands on education from starting out as carpenters helper and working my way up to owning my own bussiness.
