We specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are gifted - or have special needs, disabilities, and/or challenges, including Autism, Anxiety, Trauma, Intellectual Disabilities, chronic pain, and more! BUT we love working with ALL students with creative interests! :) Music Theory is integrated into all lessons, giving a solid foundation and assured comprehension while exploring and enjoying music. I've been taking lessons from Hannah for a few weeks now and have already learned so much! She makes the most of our weekly hour, gives positive feedback and instruction, and is available outside of class when I have questions! Hannah's great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A FREE trial lesson is always recommended to music students to ensure a good fit with the teacher and lesson type. We work with MusicLink Foundation to offer discounted tuition to children with financial need who qualify - ask us for more information (anywhere in the USA)! We also offer sibling/parent discounts! New student registration is $40 (after free trial or initial consult). Additional fee for curriculum for most lessons. (Fees waived for MusicLink students.) All memberships include access to our online portal, goal completion incentives, assignments, online lessons/meetings, performance opportunities, connection with other members, and more! Basic Membership: $150 monthly, includes 25 minutes weekly (or 55 minutes bi-weekly), Intermediate Membership: $190 monthly, includes 40 minutes weekly. Advanced Membership: $240 monthly, includes 55 minutes weekly. Premium Membership is $300 monthly, includes 85 minutes weekly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can request a free trial lesson or consult on our website. Once you attend your free trial lesson or consult and decide to continue, you can enroll! There is a one time $40 registration fee for new members.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MALENA - Owner, Teacher (Piano, Voice, Trumpet, Beginner Guitar) Malena has been teaching music lessons since 1989, has been worship leader at several churches, teaches at Berkshire Arts and Technology Public Charter School, and is experienced with students who are gifted and/or have special needs. SARA - (Life Coaching) Sara was a social worker for 30 years, including as a therapist, on call, working in prisons, and more. She loves to help others overcome challenges in life and find a deeper sense of satisfaction and joy!
