Introduction: Hi! My name is Jim and I am running this ad, with hopes of expanding my work area and client base. I have 30+ years of building experience, in most all phases of construction. I started my building career working for many other contractors through the years, and eventually working for myself. I have done everything from concrete work, preparing the foundations for the home to sit on, to the finish trim and cabinetry inside. I was a construction supervisor for 10 years and on to be a project manager for almost 2 years, until I realized that the office was not a full-time place for me. I'm a hands-on type of person. I am used to building with quality and efficiency in mind on a schedule. I have build all over the state everything from decks, handicap ramps, small additions, to large capes, log cabins, and large commercial stores all over the country. Over 60% of my work is from repeat customers. So I do have very good references on request. Thank you!
