I booked this person to do a job for me. Although he was very polite on the phone and agreed to a day and time to do the job he never showed up! He reached out to me saying he was running late and needed my address again because he “ misplaced it.” When I emailed him, and called him 3 -4 times , even saying that I understood if he needed to make it another day after half my day was waisted waiting for him to call, text or just show up. Extremely frustrating. Still no contact from him. Awful was to conduct a business, 2 days later ... still no apology, not a peep. Just rude.

Josh from RockPartners did an amazing job on our shiplap wall!! He was very responsive and easy to communicate with- gave us multiple options for color, thickness etc. and finished the job quickly and professionally, we absolutely love it! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customer we arrange a time to meet for an estimate. We provide a comprehensive evaluation of the work that needs to be done. Offer up new ideas or suggestions that might improve your project and listen to make sure we are on the page.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started with my father back when I was 10 as a helper. Found that I had a natural aptitude for this line of work and went into construction full time around the age of 16. Gained the better part of 10 years experience and continue to provide great work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking to have any work done. Make sure you get multiple estimates. Above all else. Verify insurance. Ask for proof of insurance and call the agency to verify the policy holder has coverage for your specific coverage.
