Working out at BBJ is like being part of a family. They provide a wide variety of classes with great instructors. They also offer personal training. I have been training with Pam since last April and am extremely happy with the results. She is professional, encouraging and gets the most out of me each and every session. I would highly recommend personal training, as well as group fitness classes at BBJ.
Cayce is a loving heart who shares yoga in a beautiful and healing way. Her verbal instruction is well-crafted, and her touch and adjustments are so relaxing and helpful- I find myself melting and coming away from her class like I've just gotten a massage and worked out at the same time. I have been teaching kid's yoga with Cayce for over a year, and have seen her innate teaching talent expand to a grounding, healing adult teaching practice. Her classes are individualized and provide what you are seeking on that particular day. I so highly recommend receiving the loving joy of yoga from Cayce's classes.

Courtney was very informative and knowledgeable. I'm used to taking bikram yoga so this was nice to try something different. Afterwards I was completely relaxed and slept really well without waking up too sore which is a common occurrence for me due to tightness in certain areas.
I took 5 Parent/Child Yoga classes with my 2 year old son and he loved it! He was nervous the first class, but had such a great time after he warmed up. He still sings the songs, asks about going to "yoga class" and points out the building every time we drive by. Can't wait to take another class soon!

I have worked with many people with injuries and chronic illness. I personally have dealt with chronic back pain/sciatica as well as chronic lyme disease so it has become important to me to help people who are suffering similarly. I teach a variety of yoga from Vinyasa flow to yin and restorative. When working with a client I like to learn their background and injury history so that I can tailor a class to their body. In a series I like to start with restorative/yin classes to restore the fascia before moving into any strength building poses. Creating the foundation before building upon it is very important.
