The service at Mobile Fitness is amazing! It is one of the best gyms I have ever had the pleasure of working out at. As a performer, I had very specific goals to achieve. Thanks to Jeff's help, I was able to work out twice a week with Ryan, one of the trainers on staff at Mobile Fitness. Ryan was a true motivator who made each and every workout one of a kind while still working towards my ultimate fitness goals. Overall, I would highly recommend Mobile Fitness to anyone as they have a wide range of trainers to meet any and everyone's fitness needs! I wouldn't change a thing.

When I moved to Maine I specifically looked for a trainer who had experience and knowledge in orthopedic issues. Jeff is by far the best trainer I have used. He focused on my goal to return to skiing following knee surgery while also addressing muscle imbalances due to previous joint replacements and surgeries. His evaluation was more thorough than my Physical Therapist's and his program including home exercises pushed me while respection physical limitations and safety issues. He is a pleasure to work with!

Our senior fitness program can get you going. Our personal trainers specialize in helping senior adults maintain and create more independent lifestyles through better fitness and health. Senior adults with osteoarthritis experience tremendous lifestyle benefits by performing purposeful strength training exercise just one-two times per week. At Back Cove Personal Fitness, we’ll meet you at our studio in Portland, ME or In Your Home to help you improve balance, leg strength, core stability, and posture. With targeted exercises to address these key areas, you’ll see strength and balance improvements in a matter of weeks, reducing the chances of a fall and improving your quality of life. 3) Fitness Rehab : for Low Back Pain, Hip, Knee, and Shoulder Conditions Our program helps clients regain full strength after an acute or chronic injury by addressing mobility and stability concerns for the entire body.
