With targeted exercises to address these key areas, youll see strength and balance improvements in a matter of weeks, reducing the chances of a fall and improving your quality of life. 3) Fitness Rehab : for Low Back Pain, Hip, Knee, and Shoulder Conditions Our program helps clients regain full strength after an acute or chronic injury by addressing mobility and stability concerns for the entire body. Our total body approach aims to identify root causes of movement dysfunction and provide clients with the tools to rehab effectively for the long term. First steps include a focus on pain reduction through better joint centration and a more neutral core. Secondarily, we identify specific areas in that require added strength and flexibility, with full consideration for pain and movement thresholds. Fitness Rehab fills the gap between Physical Therapy and Personal Training by improving total body postural imbalances and optimizing proper movement mechanics.
