My wife and I hired The Texas Barbeque Company to cater our wedding, for which over 200 guests attended. Mark and Jen took the time to meet with us to address our questions and were very accommodating throughout the entire process. They both really made us feel at ease about their portion of the event, which was quite nice with everything that goes into an event of this proportion. Our venue was over an hour away from their location and a bit of a challenge due to the fact that we had limited utilities available for food preparation, but they came came prepared and pulled it off without a hitch. They were on time, and easily kept pace with the demand of such a large group. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of catering an event of any size.

Last year Mark catered my wedding. I must say, it was one of the best parts of our wedding. The food was to die for and he and his crew went above and beyond any expectation I could have ever had. Mark made the experience one to remember. I, a little over a year now still have people talking about how GREAT the food was and how much fun Mark was. He made all my guests feel right at home and was willing to help in any way he could. So Mark, thank you for being apart of life long great memories! If anyone is considering using Texas Barbeque Company, I promise you can't go wrong and you will be more than happy!

Our Company hired Texas Barbecue for a Corporate event this past summer for 80 people and the food and service was fantastic. Everybody attending raved about the food. The pork wings were a the big hit. Would hire them again in a heart beat.
