Web site design and implementation. Paperless invoicing and reports. Sales and marketing. With out question Smaht! Ideas was the best choice we made for our business. They were always there when we had any questions, listened to what we wanted and came back with several fantastic options.

In addition to providing design work, Smarht! was able to successfully program, test, and blast a bi-weekly email campaign — under tight deadlines and an even tighter budget. Recommended.

Smaht Ideas has been doing excellent work for Jopari for decades. I cannot stress enough how good these guys are. Jonathan Farley is creative, responsive and is one of the few people that I recommend knowing he will deliver every time. Smaht designed our website, our branding, everything we put out there to clients and the industry has Smaht's footprint on it. JR Steve Stevens Chairman/CEO Jopari Solutions.
Smaht! Ideas's reply
Being a part of helping Jopari grow into the market leader for electronic billing and attachments in the P&C, Group Health and Auto insurance industries has been great. Only bigger and better things in the future!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First is a phone interview. This is always a good start to do initial discovery and define the scope of the project, the goals and the deliverables. Plus, even if you don't hire us, the first Smaht! Idea is always free!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with small to medium size business from startups to established corporations. Pretty wide range but the consistent factor is an owner who knows they need help and works with me directly to help shape the marketing direction for the company and how best to implement it, along with a solid brand strategy.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I have always followed this mantra in my professional career (and when I didn't, that's when I got into trouble.) Good. Fast. Cheap. Pick Two. You won't get quality work from anyone if it is fast and cheap. And if you do, chances are that provider won't be in business long. We can usually turn around most projects on time and on budget, barring unforeseen circumstances. And you'll never be surprised by a big bill unless you agree to the charges in advance.
