- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons are paid monthly for the number of lessons in that month. Invoices are sent via email one week before your tuition is due. You may pay with cash, check, bank bill pay, money orders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Feel free to connect by email or phone. Either way, I like to gather information about you and/or your child to see what kinds of goals you have for music lessons. For younger children, I like to ask the parent to tell me about your child's personality and why they want to take music lessons. I will find you a time and day that fits your schedule with an openings I have. We do the enrollment process over the internet. You may begin immediately if an opening is available. I will give you a lesson book name so you can run to your local music store, or order online, to have at your first lesson. At your first lesson, we begin to learn immediately and learn a song or two.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Began music/lessons age 8. Have been in many groups performing from age 8 to current. Taught at 20 local schools with music programs and many music stores private lessons. I have been highly recommended by current/past students, student parents and other musicians since 1983.
