Clean Air Ducts did exactly what they said they would do. On time. The job was completed in the time allotted. There were no surprise charges, the quote was spot on. Don was very conscious of not marring or damaging our home. He explained everything. Don was very professional and a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Working with Don was a breeze and made my first experience using Thumbtack a great one. I was at work when Don performed the cleaning, but my wife said he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable, and he provided a plethora of before and after photos, as I had requested. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing, which I am happy to discuss with any potential customer. Additional pricing is applied in Extremely dirty, or complex HVAC systems.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the customer on the phone, and invite them to view my website. There they can view many reference and reviews from clients, as well as seeing a picture of me. When you invite someone into your home, you like to feel comfortable and confident in who you hired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years in electrical wiring, restoration, along with HVAC. Which makes me great at what I currently do. I am confident in my abilities to understand the system I am working on as a whole.
