I was very excited for Heidi to come clean my house. I had been trying to find someone for a while. She was worth waiting for. Bridgett worked with her and also did a great job. They asked me what I wanted done, completed everything, they made sure that I was satisfied with everything they did. Together they really worked out great. They completed everything I asked them to fast and efficiently. Extremely satisfied with the services they provided. Looking forward to them coming every other week. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always encourage a walk thru/meet and greet. From there I listen to their needs and we develop a plan of action. Included in the POA is price and same day cleaning and or scheduled at a later date per customers needs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always schedule a meet and greet prior to the task. Discuss your expectations before. Communication is the key to sucess.
