- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always encourage a walk thru/meet and greet. From there I listen to their needs and we develop a plan of action. Included in the POA is price and same day cleaning and or scheduled at a later date per customers needs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always schedule a meet and greet prior to the task. Discuss your expectations before. Communication is the key to sucess.
