The food Gabe has prepared for me and my friends has always been absolutely delicious. He’s provided mouth-watering crostini for dinner parties, a fresh and spicy chicken taco bar for a backyard summer get together, and many more wonderful dishes for various events and gatherings. His ingredients are always fresh, he can cater to dietary restrictions, and he can produce food for small and large groups. I have yet to have a less than perfect experience with Gabe!

Gabe made some wonderful poached egg croquettes for a team bonding event and they were absolutely delicious. They tasted like an expensive dish you could get at a hot new restaurant and he was able to whip them up in a friend’s kitchen under a half-hour with minimal help. Gabe is a phenomenal worker and an even better friend. I would hire him in an instant for any cooking or baking needs.

I have had the great privilege of eating some of the incredible, tasty food that Gabe has prepared at dinner parties and gatherings. He has the extraordinary talent of being innovative, yet flexible at the same time, ensuring that creativity is not lost at the sake of efficiency. He adds his unique touch to everything he makes! Gabe is also very accommodating of different dietary restrictions and manages to create delicious, fresh, and nutritious food for all diets. All in all, Gabe provides a wonderful dining experience with his detail-oriented mindset, genial personality, and passion for creating meals that could please any palate.
