Very nice on the phone, I can't comment as to the quality of the workmanship because we weren't able to connect to get the job done. They pushed the initial job, which caused a conflict for me. Then I had to reschedule, then they did. Then finally we got a date that worked for us. On the day we were scheduled to have the work done no one showed up. I received a message the next day saying that they were overbooked and could not do the work. No hard feelings. Russ is nice enough and I would have liked to see their work, but we just weren't able to connect. The reason for my score is that I can't give a totally negative review because I don't know if they actually do good work, but I can't give a positive score because they wasted my time.

Russ and his sons painted my cathedral ceilings professionally. They removed a ceiling fan and installed modern pot lights in the kitchen ceiling. They did an exceptional job. These guys are hardworking and detail oriented. I was impressed with how well they worked as a team and strive to make the customer happy. I will hire them in the future. Very happy!
